Decided to get my oil chains done on a Sunday. Valvoline was the only ones open in my area. I had a really great experience. As a girl, you really dread getting your oil changed alone because you have no clue what they’re talking about. Jeremy Made it very comfortable for me and was really informative. Great every time. Quick easy efficient. You can tell the workers dont hate each other and you get exactly what you need and get out. Im a busy guy and this shop happens to be by my house but ill come here long after I've moved across town.

NO STAR REVIEW Horrible- negligent- and not taking financial responsibility to fix my car- after admitting to not “pulling the drain plug” and DOUBLE FILLING my car with oil on June 2. I couldn’t even drive out of the bay. It was towed out, and remains at the dealership. I have all the diagnostic reports, and the report saying I need a new engine and turbo. Valvoline wants to give me a 20k mile or 2 year warranty?! Valvoline wants me to drive it, as is, and wait until something “more severe” happens. It is unsafe to drive, unfair, and unacceptable. They want me to sign a contract saying they are not liable- for many things- but the one that really got me- my SAFETY?! Wow. I drove my WELL taken care of, beloved car there for an oil change. Now my car sits, devalued by over 12k, broken, still smoking, metal in oil filter (after 2 more changes), engine noise, and I have the certified mechanics report, saying exactly what happened to the engine, as a result of Valvolines “mistake”. So I sit here, for one month, trying to advocate for myself, and be respectful, and patient…BUT this week, valvoline showed me that instead of being understanding and trusting that they will make this

DO NOT GO HERE. I only came because I had a 50% off coupon and it was convenient to go here. I took my car into Valvoline in Grandview today for an oil change and they overfilled my oil by over 2 quarts. And I think they didn’t even entirely use new oil. I’m questioning if they even put the right oil in it. The drive from Valvoline to my home is about 3 miles. I had white smoke coming from my tailpipe and my car was not acting right when I tried to accelerate. I came home and drained the oil out myself, and the “new oil” looks darker than new oil should look after 3 miles of driving. I measured out the 5.7 quarts of oil that my car needs and I was left with all of the extra oil shown in my photo. I’m going to redo the entire thing myself tomorrow with what I know is the correct oil and amount of oil.
